About

Dynamically changing security, safety and ecology regulations in maritime industry require vessels owners to maintain ongoing upgrades and adding new control devices, which often has a negative impact on the appearance and ergonomics of use, especially in older ship designs. In 2019, two electronics enthusiasts decided to tackle this problem and bring ease of use known from modern solutions to bridge and messa allowing for safer use. Our vision was comfortable, tidy bridge and simplified control and monitoring of the unit from the bridge and other rooms on the ship. Our answer was a system for monitoring engine and generator parameters called the Ship Management System.

A year later, our team expanded, gaining extensive experience in the IT and cloud services industry, and our goal was to create a flexible system that would not only simplify control over the entire ship and clear the bridge of excess operator panels, but also allow you to watch over the unit from home or the office. In mid-2021, InnoVision Maritime Systems was officially established and since then we have been continuously expanding our portfolio of supported systems and remote monitoring and support services.

Vision

Safety

Monitoring and alarming when only something goes wrong.

more

The alarm system is constantly on guard and informs you of any problems, from a burnt-out navigation lamp to incorrect engine temperature to the status of the bilge sensors.

Ecology

We care about our common good.

more

Thanks to continuous monitoring of your engines and power generators you don't only reduce emission but also increase lifespan of your devices.

Comfort

One touch, that's enough.

more

Heating the glow plugs? Switching on the generator and switching from shore power? Refilling the service tank? You can do it all with one touch from a panel specially adapted for you.

Economy

Saving your time and money.

more

It's not only about saving fuel. Our system aims for increasing reliability of your devices and replace up to 90% of service breaks with remote support.

Fuel monitoring
We offer both DC and AC power management and supervision systems. Our solutions include:
  • Generator automation systems
  • Automatic transfer switch (ATS)
  • Voltage and frequency monitoring
  • Power source load monitoring
  • Battery health and charge monitoring
In the era of ubiquitous internet, remote monitoring is key in every industry. Our system, depending on the customer's needs, offers:
  • Remote technical support
  • View system health and key alarm status
  • Live monitoring of all available parameters
  • Remote control of selected unit functions
  • Access to historical sensor and alarm data
To meet cybersecurity requirements, we only use proven solutions, and all communication with the ship takes place via an encrypted connection to the AWS cloud.
Our alarm system is able to monitor not only the elements that are an integral part of the system, such as voltage levels, temperatures or engine operating hours.
We can monitor parameters such as:
  • digital signals (pressure switches, bilge sensors, alarm contacts from other devices
  • analog signals (current and voltage sensors, thermocouples, etc..
  • data transmitted via the NMEA protocol from devices such as AIS, RADARs, etc.
  • other transmission protocols (CANbus, MODBUS, J1939, etc.) depending on the manufacturer
We provide full insights and control for your fuel level:
  • Fuel tanks monitoring
  • Fuel transfer systems such as automatic tank refilling system
  • Fuel flow and consumption monitoring on selected fuel lines
  • Low/high fuel level warning in tanks
  • Fuel consumption graphs in comparison with other parameters such as engine speed, unit speed or generator load
